I dont think its as bad now as it used to be, and as you say its almost home and the bus runs by at the end of the road.

I did a job there a couple of months ago for someone moving in they seemed nice and didnt notice anything else going on there.

The schools one of my main worrys as there isnt a comp anymore so it means my eldest who starts seniors this year will have to travel to Skeg on her own, Im not sure if there is a school bus or if they get to skeg by train or lincs buses.

Don' know if it is still the case but some kids used to get bussed to Giles School at Old Leake. Possibly a better option than Skeg schools?

As for Queens Estate, its the same as anywhere, if you keep yourself to your self and don't bother anyone else genrally they don't bother you.

As for the house it is what you make it. An English mans (or womans) home is his castle as they say. It may be in a state now but with a bit of TLC who knows.

I say go for it. I lived in Wainfleet for a few years in the early 1980's and loved it. I would move there again.

I was down in mablethorpe last thursday. Lovely beach, but theres not much of anything else. Skeggys much better!

Well we had showers from 3pm in mabo on sunday!!! bue least it was dry for carnival parade and was dry all day yesterday!!! shame about today!! dreadful up there with the wind!!!

I agree with u eddie!! Mablethorpe has the best beach but other then that it doesnt have a lot more to offer!!! But its mabo i would choose anyday fora day at the beach between skeg and mabo!!
